Our Guarantee

Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. We earnestly endeavour to please every customer with gorgeous flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable, natural product, and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower arrangement will last as long as anticipated but by following the care instructions we provide, we proudly stand behind our arrangements lasting 7-10 days respectively. However, we welcome any comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action.

We always do our best to accommodate our customer's delivery needs. However, it is company policy to contact all delivery recipient's, in advance of their delivery, to confirm their address is correct, and a time frame that someone will be home to accept it. This is due to the highly perishable nature of our product in extreme weather. We will only leave an arrangement outside of a residence or business if requested to do so by it's recipient or sender and the weather is permissible. To ensure your preferred delivery date, we strongly recommend placing your holiday orders at least 1 week in advance.

Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.

Funeral Arrangements

Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time or as much time as possible. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. 

Delivery to Hospitals

We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order.

Substitution Policy

Fresh Flowers:  We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for pink peonies, they will substitute another color of peony, not another flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. We will contact you in regards to any substitution we are unsure of, to seek approval.

Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.

Gift Baskets: Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.

Substitutions for Special Occasions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.

Delivery Policy

If No One is Home: If the recipient is not reachable by phone or text to confirm their address and a delivery time or is not home at the arranged delivery time frame we agreed upon, we may leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for re-delivery or pick up.

Recipient Is Contacted: We will contact the recipient to ensure she/he or someone will be home to accept delivery and a time frame that works best for them.  

Request to Leave Item at Door: We only accept these requests by the recipient, not the sender, and only if the weather makes it permissible to do so. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request. 

Cancellations & Replacements

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to the day of delivery or pick up that you have requested. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store.
